Andrew & Drew
By accessing Andrew and Drew’s Very Real Web Store, you agree to enter into a dynamic, scalable, mutually beneficial relationship with our platform, our policies, our operational priorities, and the consequences of clicking things.
You may browse the site, inspect the products, question your purchasing instincts, and share our content with other qualified stakeholders. You agree not to disrupt the platform, challenge the brand architecture, or ask why a fork needs a gender strategy.
All products, descriptions, images, prices, promises, disclaimers, and strategic initiatives are provided “as is,” “as available,” and “as approved by someone who was already in a meeting.”
Some products are jokes. Some products are objects. Some products are jokes that have become objects. None should be used as professional equipment, official identification, medical treatment, legal advice, or evidence that your decision-making process is functioning normally.
You agree not to reverse-engineer our business model, scrape our jokes at scale, use our products against competitors, misrepresent novelty items as official documents, or deploy moths without an approved moth-management strategy.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, rebrand, reposition, sunset, relaunch, or strategically abandon any part of the site. We may also correct errors, revise prices, adjust product availability, and describe these actions as “agile iteration.”
We currently sell nothing. No purchase is complete unless we explicitly say it is, which we will not be saying at this time.
If we eventually accept orders, payments, shipping addresses, or other indicators of commercial seriousness, these terms will be replaced with a more comprehensive framework containing additional obligations, fewer jokes, and at least one paragraph beginning with “Notwithstanding the foregoing.”
By continuing to use this site, you acknowledge that Andrew and Drew may be fictional in spirit, real in branding, and unavailable for comment during quarterly alignment.
